Our 6090 UV printer can print on a wide range of flat products. It can also print on cylindrical objects by attaching a dedicated rotary attachment, such as glass wine bottles, ceramic liquor bottles, round tea canisters, and insulated cups, meeting diverse customization needs.
The 6090 UV printer has a maximum print height of 13 cm. During the printing process, the rotary attachment rotates the bottle in sync with the printer, achieving 360° full-coverage printing around the entire bottle surface and ensuring that the finished pattern is complete and consistent.
The UV printer 6090 can print directly onto film using UV curing technology, which is Direct to Film (DTF) printing. The typical process involves first printing white ink, color ink, and varnish onto a sticky A-film, then using a laminator to apply a B-film over the A-film to create a crystal sticker. The 6090 UV printer uses non-contact inkjet printing technology, where the printhead stays 2-3mm above the product surface for precise ink deposition without ever touching the product. Unlike printing equipment such as card printers that have restrictions on shape, this printer can print on products of any shape.
Thanks to its non-contact design, as long as the product dimensions fall within the printer’s printable area, you can print items of various sizes, or even print multiple different sizes in a single run. For example, within the 60×90cm printing area of the 6090 UV printer, you can flexibly print products of different specifications such as 20×20cm or 30×30cm.
This model has a maximum print height of 13cm. Using the lift button, you can freely adjust the height of the printing platform to easily accommodate products of different thicknesses.
You may have encountered this problem before: when printing thin, flexible materials such as leather, PET film, car wrap vinyl, or paper, the material’s light weight makes it susceptible to air movement from the moving printhead or heat from the UV lamp, causing warping or shifting. When this happens, at best you get misaligned or blurry prints; at worst, the printhead gets scratched or the entire sheet of material is ruined. Our 6090 flatbed UV printer is equipped with a powerful vacuum adsorption system that firmly holds materials like paper and film onto the platen, effectively preventing movement and curling.

You can choose to print just one color, like pure white or pure black, for minimalist text or logos. The printed design bonds firmly to the surface, making solid-color patterns long-lasting and fade-resistant.
To create rich, colorful patterns, you typically need both white ink and color ink. White ink can be used to create a white base, with color ink printed on top, ensuring perfect color reproduction even on dark-colored products.
The embossed effect is achieved by stacking and curing white ink to create a three-dimensional layer, then printing a layer of color ink on top, resulting in a visually striking 3D color image.
The dual-nozzle 6090 UV printer supports UV DTF sticker printing. The finished stickers can be stored for long periods and transferred onto curved surfaces or products that are too large to fit directly into the printer.
Varnish is a transparent, flowable liquid that is cured by a UV lamp to form a glossy coating. With the 6090 UV printer, you can choose to apply the varnish effect locally or over the entire surface.
Print varnish directly onto the product, then use a heat press to transfer gold foil onto the varnished areas, resulting in a metallic gold decorative effect.
